Socrates said “If you would seek health, look first to the spine”
Those 33 stacked vertebrae do much more than just keep us upright, sitting, and running. They hold and protect the most important current in the body; the spinal cord which supplies and carries the electricity of the central nervous system.
That is why it is so important to keep the spine flexible, relaxed and fully charged. The aging process causes the spinal discs to dry up, shrink, and get worn down, in turn slowing the whole body down.
But by incorporating simple spine stretching and breathing exercise, you stimulate your body’s bio-electrical current, release tension, detoxify muscles and organs, and lift your posture.
WARNING: this may look a little goofy, but the benefits are enormous. So let’s do some twists!
